These luxurious European velvets in deep colors are unique in texture and unlike any "standard" velvet you have seen. Our European Velvets are a heavy weight cotton velvet with a soft finish and luster. Available in 6 rich colors and are made with our standard sateen lining. Blackout lining is optional.
