I finally got to hang the sheers last weekend. I have to tell you I was anticipating some kind of issue as I usually do when ordering something on-line without having seen in person. So as I hung them on the rings, I played out the scene in my head how the length would be too long and I’d have to go through the trouble of repacking and shipping off to UPS and back to you to have them altered… Finally I got the two panels hooked to all the rings and slid the rings onto the rod and let the sheers hang...I was so happy to see that the length was perfect! I can’t believe that the hooks were placed at exactly the right spot to hang at exactly the right length, but they were. Ok…the big disappointment will come when I spread the sheers out only to find that they are not wide enough. I did…and the width was perfect too. I adjusted the pleats and rings and stepped back to admire how great they looked. I am really pleased that they look just like they do on your site and catalogue. You have restored my faith in on-line shopping! :) Well, at least where Drapestyle is concerned. For a while now, I have been eyeing the absolutely beautiful drapes from Drapestyle and I’m happy that I decided to buy from you. You were very helpful when I called you about my concern with the length issues. The sheers look very well made and came nicely packaged. Quite a difference from store bought. It’s all in the details and I’d feel confident (when my budget allows) buying from Drapestyle again. Thanks for not disappointing.
