DrapeStyle offers a generous "Memo Program". We will gladly send you one of our panels on loan for 2 weeks. Ask a DrapeStyle Designer for details.

Return Policy:

Drapery: At DrapeStyle, our products are 100% guaranteed against defects in quality or craftsmanship. In the event of a defect in your custom drapery, DrapeStyle will, at our discretion, repair or re-make the item.

Hardware: Any Hardware return is subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Lead Time:
3-5 Weeks for in-stock fabrics. Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you if an extended lead time is expected.

International:
DrapeStyle ships to Canada, Europe and Austalia. Please call + 949-645-1511x111 for shipping and export information and international orders.

Trade Accounts:
DrapeStyle welcomes Trade Accounts. Please contact one of our ASID Designers for information on how to become a DrapeStyle Trade Account Partner.
