For nearly a decade DrapeStyle has been manufacturing the highest quality custom made drapery for our Clients in the US, Canada, Australia, Europe and The United Kingdom. Each of our custom draperies are made right here in the USA by Craftspeople who, on average, have been making drapery for over 15 years. We are committed to your complete satisfaction.
Our Warranty and Return Policy
DrapeStyle guarantees all of our Products are free of any defects in manufacturing or workmanship. In the event of a defect we will remake or replace the item at our discretion within 90 days of receipt. As each of our products are made custom to our Clients specifications we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on drapery, roman shades or woven shades after an order has been placed.
Drapery Hardware Return Policy
Un-Altered or Un-Cut drapery hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. A Return Authorization (RA) is required.
Altered (Cut or Modified) drapery hardware are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed via the same method as payment and take 7-10 days to complete.

DrapeStyle's option Purchase Protection is available at check-out and provides the following additional benefits to your purchase
Price Protection Guarantee If the price of the product(s) you purchased from DrapeStyle drops within 30-days of your purchase you will receive the difference plus 10%. Excludes purchases made in THE | OUTLET.
Perfect Fit Guarantee If you mis-measured for your drapes or just need a little adjustment, we have you covered. Our Perfect Fit Guarantee provides you up to two complimentary alterations within the first 60-days of your purchase so you can be assured of that "Perfect Fit"! *
* Excludes Roman Shades, Hardware and items purchased in THE | OUTLET. Does not include adding widths, adding length or altering pleats or pleat style. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Purchase Protection is an optional feature that must be purchased at time of check-out. Purchase Protection can not be purchased retroactively.
