Lead Time

Custom Drapery, Roman Shades and Woven Wood Shades: 3-8 Weeks for Custom Drapery Orders

Occasionally Fabrics are Back-Ordered at the manufacturer. When we are aware of a back-order we will notify and advise you of an estimated ship date

Drapery Hardware: 2-4 Weeks for In-Stock Drapery Hardware

US Shipments

All Custom Drapes, Roman Shades and Blinds delivered within the contiguous US are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground for a Flat-Rate of $21.99.

At the time of shipment you will receive an email with a "Shipping Confirmation" and "Tracking Number" to the email address you provided us at the time of purchase.All Shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Canadian Shipments

Canadian Fabric Sample Orders are shipped via USPS. All DrapeStyle Drapery is Made in the USA and will be shipped with a NAFTA Certificate of Origin. Canadian Drapery Orders are shipped via FedEx and will require appropriate VAT to be paid at the time of delivery

Drapery Hardware Shipping Cost is calculated by weight and is shipped directly from the manufacturer via FedEx or UPS. Over-sized shipments will be shipped via common carrier.

Alaska and Hawaii

Most items shipped to AK and HI are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Air or USPS. Some over-sized or heavy items cannot ship outside the continental US. Please call 800-760-8257 for details.

Fabric Samples

Fabric Samples are shipped via USPS unless "Overnight Shipping" was selected at purchase. Overnight Sample Orders are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight.
